TheoK Web Development ("we", "us") is a sole proprietor web design business based in Virginia, USA. This policy explains what we collect from customers of our website services and how we use it.
Business name, contact name, email address, mobile phone number, billing details (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers), and analytics for the website we build and host for you (page visits, click-to-call events, contact form submissions).
To build, host, and maintain your website; to bill you; to provide support; and — if you opted in at checkout — to send you one weekly text message with your website report.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared, sold, rented, or otherwise disclosed to any third party for marketing purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Numbers are used solely to deliver the weekly website report you requested. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Only the service providers required to run the service: Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS delivery), and Cloudflare (hosting and analytics). Each processes data only on our instructions. We do not sell personal information.
We keep customer records for as long as you are a customer and for up to 24 months afterwards for tax and accounting purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing theokouz2005@gmail.com.
